Dracula’nın yazarı Bram Stoker anısına korku türündeki en iyi eserlere verilen ödülün bu yılki kazananları belli oldu.
Dün açıklanan tek ödül Nebula değildi. Horror Writers Association (Korku Yazarları Derneği) tarafından 1987’den beri düzenlenen ve korku-karanlık fantastik türündeki eserlere dağıtılan Bram Stoker Ödülleri de dün düzenlenen bir törenle sahiplerini buldu.
Hatırlayacağınız üzere daha önceki haberimizde sizlere adayları tanıtmış, ülkemizde tanınan yazarlarla eserlerine detaylı bir şekilde yer vermiştik. O isimlerden ödüle layık görülen tek eser Grafik Roman dalında Sam Weller ve Mort Castle ikilisinin pek çok ünlü yazarla birlikte merhum Ray Bradbury anısına derlediği Gölge Oyunu adlı öykü kitabının çizgi romanlaştırılmış hâli oldu. Üstelik bunu Robert Kirkman, Scott Snyder ve Cullen Bunn gibi isimlerin eserlerini geride bırakarak başardılar.
Bildiğiniz gibi Gölge Oyunu’nun asıl versiyonu, yani öykü kitabı hâli daha önce sitemizin yöneticilerinden M. İhsan Tatari çevirisi ve Yankı Enki editörlüğüyle dilimize İthaki Yayınları tarafından kazandırılmıştı. Dilerseniz incelemesine buradan ulaşabilirsiniz.
